Mr. Gaynor was previously a Private Equity Analyst on the Investment Team at Nautic Partners where he worked on leveraged buy-outs and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Nautic, Mr. Gaynor was a co-founder of a healthcare distribution company, which he successfully exited in 2022.

Mr. Gaynor received his B.A. from Georgetown McDonough School of Business.
